At the end of a handicap-accessible tiled path to the beach, there is a viewing terrace with table and benches. There are many opportunities for walks and bathing trips in the area, as well as building sandcastles, finding amber etc. Approximately 150 m from the house there are shopping facilities and a restaurant. Close to Vejlby Klit there is a mini golf course and a Put & Take lake. There are also fishing opportunities from a bridge in Ferring lake, or a walk around the lake. If you want a trip to Tyborøn or Lemvig, you can either drive by car or walk 700 m up to Viktoria Street Station and take the VLTJ train. The towns have many shopping facilities, good restaurants, attractions, Jylland's Aquarium, Sea War Museum Jutland, Sneglehuset, Tyborøn Harbour, Seal Safari, Iskunsten Gallery, Ravhuset, Lemvig skate park, Lemvig harbour etc.
