The house accommodates a maximum of 6 people and 2 pets. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 beds.
There is a kitchen dining room connected to the living room.
The kitchen contains a ceramic cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The house was renovated in June 2024. New beds, duvets, pillows, TV, wood-burning stove, heat pump, furniture, porcelain etc.
In the living room there is Fibernet, Smart TV, with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian TV channels. Possibility to listen to radio and music programmes from an app on the Smart TV.
The terrace room is furnished with a lounge set. From there is a fantastic panoramic view of the first dune ridge.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and underfloor heating.
In the entrance there is a washing machine, 2 baby high chairs and 2 weekend beds.

The house surroundings
On the two terraces you can sit undisturbed in garden furniture with cushions. On the terrace there is also a ball grill with table.
The garden contains 3 sun loungers with cushions, where you can lie and sunbathe, as well as listen to the North Sea's roar.
At the end of a handicap-accessible paved path to the beach, there is a viewing terrace with table and benches. There are many opportunities for walks and bathing trips in the area, as well as building sandcastles, finding amber etc.
Approximately 150 m from the house there are shopping facilities and a restaurant.
Close to Vejlby Klit there is a mini golf course and a Put & Take lake.
There are also fishing opportunities from a bridge in Ferring lake, or a walk around the lake.
If you want a trip to Tyborøn or Lemvig, you can either drive by car, or walk 700 m up to Viktoria Street Station, and take the VLTJ train. The towns have many shopping facilities, good restaurants, attractions, Jylland's Aquarium, Sea War Museum Jutland, Sneglehuset, Tyborøn Harbour, Seal Safari, Iskunsten Gallery, Ravhuset, Lemvig skate park, Lemvig harbour etc.
