Well-located holiday home, situated in a quiet holiday-home area. The house is equipped with a hot tub and sauna. There are 2 bathrooms in the house which makes it suitable for two families. The holiday home is furnished for 8 people and 1 dog.

House layout
The house is furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped with a ceramic cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture. There is TV with Danish programmes, satellite with German programmes and DVD. Furthermore a stereo system with CD player and free wireless internet. For a cool summer evening or an autumn day with rain and wind there is a wood-burning stove to warm and create a cosy atmosphere. The house is furnished with three good and bright bedrooms. Two rooms are furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two single sleeping places on the house's large loft. For the youngest guests there is a high chair in the house. The house's spacious bathroom contains a hot tub, shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin arrangement and washing machine. There is pleasant underfloor heating in the bathroom. From the bathroom there is direct access to the house's sauna, where you can relax and warm up after a long day out, by the roaring North Sea and the area's beautiful nature. There is an extra bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin arrangement. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save a lot on your electricity heating bill

House surroundings
There are terraces almost all the way around the house, some of which are covered, so it is almost always possible to find good shelter. There are garden furniture on both terraces. Dinner can be prepared on the house's grill, and enjoyed on the light summer evenings on the terrace. For the youngest guests there is a sandpit by the house. The area offers many excursion opportunities. Try getting up early in your holiday and go to the fish auction in Thyborøn. It is an experience to see the many boxes of fish change hands in a few minutes. Thyborøn offers an exciting harbour environment and Jyllandsaquariet with many exciting fish and activities for children. The Coastal Centre in the same area is also worth a visit. From Thyborøn there is a small ferry to Agger, where you can visit Denmark's first National Park Thy. Lemvig is a charming town by the Limfjord, only 15 minutes from the holiday home. There you will find a charming pedestrian street as well as a large selection of grocery shops and specialist shops.
