Already when the car hits the gravel road, just a few metres from the house, it becomes clear that the location and house are something quite special. The house is situated on a very private plot at the end of a closed gravel road. The house is 82 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms (1DB, 1DB, 2S, 1S), they are brand new and good beds. In the heart of the house is a large, well-equipped kitchen/living room with everything in service/kitchenware and all hard white goods. The open kitchen has ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and much more. Enjoy the prepared food at the dining table, which is placed close to the kitchen. Be captivated by looking out the windows and enjoy the view of the dunes by the North Sea. Relax in the new, soft quality furniture. Watch TV on the house's smart TV which has built-in Danish and German TV programmes, radio and possibility for streaming services, lovely wood-burning stove which provides pleasant warmth even in the cold season. There are practical wooden floors throughout the house, which are also particularly easy to clean.
There is access to the large and unique terrace facility, where there is also an outdoor spa and outdoor sauna. 2 bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, sink and floor heating and the other with toilet, floor heating and sink. Washing machine is of course also in the house. The house is not rented out to youth groups. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, there is a charging box installed. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

House surroundings
There is plenty of space on the 2,000 m2 large, unique dune plot and on the magnificent terrace facility there are plenty of opportunities for a spot in the sun or perhaps in the shade. Here too the view is unique and most things have been thought of. Large grill, plenty of garden furniture and loungers. A dip in the outdoor spa or in the outdoor sauna makes the experience unique and special especially on the dark evenings with the clear starry sky. A unique experience which is pure therapy for soul and body. The house is situated on one of the best plots in Vejlby Klit, lovely unobstructed and pleasantly far from the road. From the plot you can easily walk directly over the dune to the North Sea via a path through the dune terrain, which is only 80 m away. Thus it is not far to beach pleasures such as bathing, kite flying, sport fishing or hiking in the fresh air where you can sometimes get blown right through. The North Sea waterline is only 80 metres from the house. Furthermore, the house is close to one of Western Jutland's most beautiful cycling/hiking routes which among other things offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time as well as close to shopping and restaurants. The nearest seasonal grocer is only 400 metres away at Vejlby Torv which also offers a cafe/dining place. We also recommend a visit to the harbour town of Thyborøn 15 km north of the holiday house or the old market town of Lemvig 13 km to the east. This house offers unique location and view and is suitable for the couple or family who want to live close to the sea on a very unobstructed plot and who want a completely special experience they will never forget.
