The house is 96 m2 and is very bright and well-appointed with large windows that provide fantastic natural light. There is an open-plan kitchen in the living room, and the light wooden walls, wooden floors and wooden ceilings together with the light from the large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere in the room. The kitchen corner is well-equipped and contains all major white goods. There is a dishwasher, microwave, glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood and fridge/freezer. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture, Smart TV with Danish and German programmes and Chromecast, which allows streaming of TV / radio / Apps. If you have a mobile phone or tablet, you can stream what you have a subscription to. The TV is connected to a DVD player with blue-ray. The living area also has a Digital Radio with CD player where you can also stream your music. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. The house's 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds, and there is also an alcove in the living room with 2 sleeping options. Lovely large bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, hot tub, underfloor heating and direct access to sauna. In the entrance you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as access to an extra toilet with sink and underfloor heating. Max. 2 pets are allowed. This house is a non-smoking house.

House surroundings
The house is situated on approximately 1,177 m2 of well-maintained natural grounds with a large enclosed terrace area, partly covered. Ideal if you bring pets or children. There is always an opportunity to find shelter and enjoy the sun as well as relax undisturbed from others. Of course there are garden furniture, sun loungers and even both a charcoal and electric grill, so you can create a cosy atmosphere on the terrace and enjoy dinner straight from the grill with the sound of the sea in the background. Within a radius of a few hundred metres from the house there is also a shop, restaurant and playground with football goals, volleyball net, basketball hoop and pétanque courts. Likewise, Ferring Lake is only 600 metres away, and as something quite unique there is a wheelchair ramp close to the house, which among other things gives people with mobility difficulties the opportunity to see and experience the North Sea. There is only 150 m to the lovely, white sandy beach and the North Sea, where you can spend many hours on long walks or simply sit in a dune and enjoy the sound of the sea and the relaxing peace. If you want to go on a trip, you can take the local VLTJ train, which runs from Vemb to Thyborøn, which gives you the opportunity to visit both the harbour town of Thyborøn and the shopping town of Lemvig without having to use the car. Within 25-30 minutes by train you can reach several activities and shopping opportunities.
