House layout
The house is well and practically furnished with clinker floors with underfloor heating in the kitchen, living room and hallway. The house's 4 bedrooms are located in one part of the house and furnished with 1DS + 1DS + 4K + 2S. The living room which is combined with the well-equipped kitchen is furnished with comfortable furniture, DVD and stereo system with CD. SMART-TV with DR channels as well as satellite dish with many German and some English programmes. Relax in front of the crackling wood stove 2 which together with 2 practical, energy-efficient heat pumps (1 air-to-air heat pump in the living room and an air-to-water heat pump in the pool room) help towards a lower energy bill. The kitchen contains among other things a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The house's activity room, the 50 sqm large pool room, is furnished with a 16 m2 pool with swimming trainer and there is also a 5-person hot tub. The house has 2 bathrooms both with shower and toilet and one has direct access to the house's sauna. A really lovely house which offers many good activities both outdoors and indoors. There is nothing better than a relaxing swim and then afterwards sit in front of the crackling wood stove and at the same time hear the roaring North Sea in the background. The house is a non-smoking house.

House surroundings
From the house there is access to a lovely large enclosed terrace which of course is equipped with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun or relax in front of the grill and early in the evening you can enjoy watching the sun set over the North Sea. From the house and grounds you have direct access to the dunes and the beautiful white sandy beach which is just a few metres from the house. For the children there is a sandbox and swings available. If you want to go out and experience something in the area there is not far to the Coastal Centre in Thyborøn and the trip can be combined with a visit to Jutland Aquarium as well as the Snail House, which is Denmark's only house clad with mussel shells. Within reasonable driving distance you will also find Jesperhus Flower Park, Hjerl Hede, Mønsted Limestone Caves and Legoland.
