The house is 120m2 and the large bright living room is open to the roof with fantastic light from a skylight and large window sections, from which there is a view of the dunes towards the sea. The house is furnished with an entrance with washing machine, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and an open and well-equipped kitchen connected to the living room. The kitchen and living room are an absolutely fantastic space with access to a large bright loft. There is also a cozy wood-burning stove and the house can also be heated with a heat pump and electric radiators. The house is always pleasant and warm regardless of weather and season. The same applies to the close proximity to Ferring Lake, where there is a walking route around it. Furthermore, the house is close to one of West Jutland's most beautiful cycling/walking routes which among other things offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time. If you want to go on a trip, you can take the local VLTJ train for FREE, which runs from Lemvig to Thyborøn, which gives you the opportunity to visit both the port town of Thyborøn and the trading town of Lemvig without having to use the car. Within 25-30 minutes by train, several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached.
