This particularly lovely holiday home built in 2002 is situated on a 870 m2 natural plot with 400 m to Ferring Lake and 800 metres to the North Sea. There is room for 7 people, two bathrooms and possibly a dog. There is free wireless internet and smoking is not permitted.

House layout
The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed plus a single bed and the last one with 2 single beds. There is also an extra cot and high chair for the very small. The house offers 2 bathrooms where one has spa, shower, toilet, sink and sauna as well as underfloor heating. The other bathroom has sink, toilet as well as tumble dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is bright and friendly with large windows and contains electric cooker, fridge/freezer as well as microwave and dishwasher. The living room, which is combined with the kitchen, is furnished with lovely furniture and is equipped with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with Danish channels, DVD and stereo system with CD.

House surroundings
The house is surrounded by terraces with garden furniture, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun virtually all day, as it surrounds the house from east via south to west. There is both a grill, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers, so the foundation for many outdoor holiday hours is in place. The children can meanwhile be entertained by both a sandbox and swings. The house is a good base for good walks. The walk around Ferring Lake is only 400 metres away and the North Sea's sandy beaches are also a short walk from the house. The beach is an ideal place to get fresh air, fly a kite, find amber or sunbathe and swim in season. In winter you can be "lucky" to experience the sea in turmoil. We gladly recommend a trip to Thyborøn with the harbour and the beautiful entrance, where the North Sea meets the Limfjord. There are also many attractions such as Jylland Aquarium, Sea War Museum, Coastal Centre, Snail House and one of the North Sea's most child-friendly bathing beaches. All in all a lovely holiday home in all seasons.
