This beautiful holiday home is perfectly situated on a scenic wooded plot, just 450 metres from the North Sea and only 200 metres from the nearest shop (seasonal opening). Ferring Sø is also just about 400 metres away, offering plenty of opportunities for nature experiences.

House facilities
The house, built in 2005, is bright and inviting with large windows and terrace doors that let light flood in. The well-equipped kitchen is fully fitted with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and opens onto the cosy living room, where modern and comfortable furniture create a relaxed atmosphere, and not to forget a wood-burning stove which contributes to a pleasant warmth and cosiness. The holiday home is exceptionally well-equipped with, among other things, a CD and DVD player, tumble dryer and a 40-litre freezer. There is also a satellite dish (however only with German channels) and free internet.

There are two bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub and direct access to a sauna – perfect for relaxation after a day in nature.

The house has three bedrooms:

2 rooms with double beds
1 room with a single bed and two bunk beds.

For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair.
Pets are allowed, and the house is non-smoking.

Surroundings
The house is situated on a 1200 m² natural plot close to shops and beach. Outside the house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, where you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun. There are garden furniture, sun loungers, a swing and a sandpit, so both children and adults can enjoy outdoor life. The fishing village of Thyborøn and the old market town of Lemvig are just about 15 minutes away by car. In both towns there are good restaurants, shopping opportunities and attractions. A perfect house for one or two families.
