House layout Park your car in the carport and a distribution hallway welcomes you. The house is for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, tiled floor with underfloor heating, washing machine and direct access to a small sauna. Well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, mini oven, cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, everything in service and kitchen utensils plus access to a lovely terrace. Nicely furnished living room with upholstered furniture, TV with German and Danish channels and a lovely cosy corner with wood-burning stove which is perfect for cosiness with games or a good book. A lovely heat pump helps further to reduce electricity consumption in the house. Dining area with corner bench right by the kitchen corner. Access to a lovely outdoor room at the end of the living room with another dining table and beautiful wooden furniture. There are wooden floors in all living areas and in the bedrooms. Non-smoking house. Max 2 pets allowed

House surroundings The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace area. The entire terrace is surrounded by a fence and a worry-free, enclosed garden where both children and dogs can run around. Swing set, garden furniture, parasol and grill.

The former carport is no longer used for parking today, but has instead been converted into a cosy and functional outdoor room. It is closed off towards the road, two windows have been installed, and an opening has been made on the side towards the holiday home. Electricity has been run here, a ceiling has been installed, a patio heater, lights and coloured light chains which create a cosy atmosphere. A gas grill has also been set up (note, however, that no gas bottle is included). See the pictures for a good impression of the area.

The area around Vejlby and Ferring Lake is not far from the bustling North Sea, shopping opportunities, playground and beach. Nature invites outdoor activities all year round – whether it's walks in the landscape around the lake or a beach trip. It is only 300 metres to Vejlby Torv with the grocer and Cafe John Wayne, so this makes the holiday even more comfortable.

Vejlby Klit is surrounded by water on both sides with the North Sea to the west which is always worth a visit. Here you can swim, build sandcastles, fish, fly a kite or simply take a long walk and enjoy solitude or the company of family. The same applies to the close proximity to Ferring Lake, where there is a walking route around it.

It is also not far to grocery shops in Harboøre – and if you are by car you can drive to Lemvig, "The City of Smiles", with plenty of specialist shops. In Thyborøn you will find both beach and harbour environment. In both towns there are several grocery shops, retail and restaurants.
