Neerlandiavej 126 is located on a quiet road 500 m from the North Sea centrally in Vejlby Klit. The house is bright and cosily furnished and is situated on a natural plot. There is free wireless internet access and pets are allowed. The house is energy-efficient with a heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate. There is a large south-east facing terrace with good opportunities for privacy.

House layoutThe house is classically furnished with one part of the house as a combined kitchen and living room and the rest of the house has a bathroom and bedrooms. The house also has a tool shed. The kitchen has a glass ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. In addition, there is a dishwasher, which gives extra time with your guests or family. The living room has both a sofa group, coffee table and dining table. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. There is also a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish channels - including TV, as well as a CD player. The bathroom offers a sink, shower, toilet, underfloor heating and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and one with 2 single beds. If you have small children, there is both a high chair and a cot in the house.

House surroundings From the living room and kitchen there are 2 exits to the large terrace area which is predominantly south and east facing. This is very practical, as the dominant wind direction is west and thus you often have shelter. The terrace has both garden furniture, grill and 2 sun loungers, so you are well equipped for many cosy relaxing hours. There is only 300 metres to Vejlby Torv with the grocer and Cafe John Wayne, which makes the holiday even more comfortable. Vejlby Klit is surrounded by water on both sides with the North Sea to the west which is always worth a visit. Here you can swim, build sandcastles, fish, fly a kite or simply take a long walk and enjoy the solitude or your family's company. The same applies to the close proximity to Ferring Lake where there is a walking route around it.
