Beautiful and well-maintained holiday home with spa, sauna and scenic locationThis exceptionally beautiful and well-kept holiday home from 2006 is situated on a 1.500 m² natural plot in peaceful and scenic surroundings – just 300 metres from Ferring Lake and 620 metres from the North Sea. Here you have the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday close to both water and nature. Of course, there is free internet access in the house.

House layoutThe kitchen is bright and welcoming with large windows that let in plenty of daylight. It is well equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave and is in open connection with the cosy living room. The living room is tastefully furnished and features a wood-burning stove, heat pump, flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels and Chromecast – ideal for cosy evenings all year round.

The house has three good bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with two single beds – as well as a cosy alcove with two extra sleeping places, which makes the house suitable for both couples and families.

The spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and sink and also features a spa, sauna and underfloor heating, so you can pamper yourselves after a day at the beach or on a hiking trip. There is also a washing machine available.

House surroundingsOutside, the house is surrounded by two beautiful terraces with garden furniture, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun throughout the day. The large natural plot provides plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor life.
