The house is ideally located with views of the dunes and offers wonderful outdoor facilities, including a partially covered terrace, outdoor jacuzzi and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. House layout:
The 118 m² holiday home is modern and well-appointed with plenty of space and high functionality. The central kitchen/living room is combined with a cosy lounge – the heart of the house, where the whole family can be together, whether cooking, playing games or watching films. The living room also features an inviting alcove, perfect for relaxation. Large windows provide plenty of light and views of the beautiful dune landscape.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with, among other things, induction hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the shed there is an extra fridge/freezer.

There are two bathrooms, both with shower – one also with sauna and direct access to the terrace and jacuzzi.

The house has four good bedrooms:

3 with double beds
1 with a family bunk bed (140 cm lower bunk and single bed on top)
In addition there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for free use. The entire house has underfloor heating, powered by an air-to-water heat pump.

The house is non-smoking, and you are allowed to bring one dog.

Location:
The holiday home is situated on an 812 m² enclosed plot within walking distance of all facilities in Vejlby Klit. The area offers playgrounds, a shop, and the popular restaurant John Wayne – all within a few minutes' walk. Ferring Sø is only a few hundred metres away, and the North Sea is only about 350 metres away.
