This beautiful and well-maintained holiday home from 2000 is wonderfully situated on a 1225 m² natural plot, where peace and nature experiences go hand in hand. Here you live within walking distance of the North Sea and only 175 metres from the idyllic Ferring Lake – a perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday close to the water. The house is suitable for up to five people, and the family's four-legged friend is also welcome.

The house's layout
Upon arrival you are welcomed in a nice and spacious entrance with plenty of room for outerwear and footwear as well as both a washing machine and tumble dryer. From here you step into the heart of the house – the bright and inviting kitchen-living room with lounge in open connection and vaulted ceiling. The large windows ensure fantastic light and create a lovely atmosphere throughout the day. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare holiday meals, and the lounge invites cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove or with a good film on the TV, where both Danish and German channels as well as Chromecast are available. The heat pump and wood-burning stove provide comfortable warmth all year round and at the same time contribute to lower energy consumption.
The large bathroom is a chapter in itself with both a sauna and hot tub, where you can pamper yourselves after a day in the fresh sea air. There is naturally underfloor heating here, and the smallest are also catered for with a baby bath. The house has three good bedrooms with comfortable beds, and there is both a cot and high chair available. Free internet and smoke-free surroundings complete the framework for a worry-free stay.

Outdoors, the holiday can be enjoyed on the partially covered terrace, where garden furniture, grill and sun loungers invite long summer days and cosy evenings in nature's quiet surroundings. The large natural plot provides plenty of space for play and relaxation, and the area is ideal for both hiking and cycling trips. The North Sea is only about 700 metres away and is always worth a visit – regardless of season.
If you would like a bit more activity and experiences, you can easily take a trip to Thyborøn or Lemvig, both of which offer shopping, restaurants and exciting attractions.
