This holiday home is ideally located on a 2004 m² natural plot, only 450 m from the North Sea, 400 m from a shop and cafeteria (open seasonally) and Ferring Lake, which is only about 300 m from the house.

House layout
This 70 m² wooden holiday home is located in a holiday home area in Vejlby Klit. The house was built in 1997 and is furnished to accommodate 6 people. Kitchen and living room are combined and have an open plan. The living room is furnished with leather furniture, TV with both German and Danish programmes, a dining table and wooden floors with loose rugs (vinyl in the kitchen). There is also a wood-burning stove, which provides lovely warmth regardless of season. The kitchen is well-appointed and well-equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The house offers free internet. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is nicely fitted with a shower cubicle, underfloor heating and a 2-person hot tub and direct access to sauna.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds and 2 single beds. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. Up to 2 pets may be brought. Smoking is not permitted.

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a lovely, partially covered terrace, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, loungers and a sandpit. Close to the house is an area with a sports field, which can be freely used by both young and old. From the terrace you have a view of the high dunes by the North Sea. Ferring Lake, which is close to the house, is also worth a visit. Here you can walk around the lake on a marked path and get close to nature.
A trip to the beach by the North Sea is always an experience. There are many activities such as swimming, building sandcastles, flying kites or just sitting and enjoying the peace with the sound of the sea in the background. One of the most beautiful sunsets over the North Sea can be enjoyed from a dune top.
