This beautiful holiday home is ideally located on a 2.004 m² natural plot, just 450 metres from the North Sea and at the same time only 400 metres from shops and a café. Ferring Lake is also only about 300 metres from the house, which offers great opportunities for both swimming, fishing and nature experiences.

House layout The floors are covered with carpets, while the kitchen has vinyl. The kitchen is well-appointed and well-equipped and is in open connection with the living room, which is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. In the living room there is satellite TV (Via-Sat Gold package) with DR1 and TV2.

The bathroom is beautifully appointed with a shower cubicle, underfloor heating, a 2-person hot tub and direct access to the sauna.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.

If you have an electric car or plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house with a Type 2 connector, which can charge up to 9 kWh. Mandatory final cleaning. The house has solar panels which contribute to providing a CO2 neutral contribution to the electricity bill. 

House surroundings Outside, the house is surrounded by two terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers and a swing, so the whole family can enjoy the sun and nature. The house has both an open and a covered terrace, so you can always find shelter and sit in the sun.
