Renovated, cosy wooden holiday home with a large, enclosed and partially covered terrace. Located on natural grounds only 400 metres from the North Sea. The terrace is fenced and thus suitable for letting your dog run freely. There is also free wireless internet access (fibre connection). From the house there is a view over the area and the house is ideal for a couple or a small family. House layout The house consists of a large kitchen-living-dining room and then there is the bedroom and bathroom section. From both sections there is direct access to the large, fenced terrace area. New kitchen with glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and mini oven. From here it is a short walk to the large sofa group with coffee table in the living room which includes a smart TV with sound bar, Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps via Chromecast. So if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever subscription you have. If you feel like radio or music you can listen to it from the TV, PlayStation 3 or from a speaker with the option to connect an iPhone. The living room also has a wood-burning stove, so you get the real holiday home atmosphere with the crackling on the ceiling and there is also a heat pump installed which helps with lower consumption. The smaller bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower as well as a small washing machine, tumble dryer and in the same section of the house there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also an annex with 2 beds. House surroundings From the living room there is access to a large and enclosed terrace area. The terrace is partially covered and surrounded by a fence so children and dogs can safely move about on the terrace without running away. Several sets of garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. Enjoy both the morning and evening sun here in the garden furniture or on one of the 2 sun loungers. A grill is of course also standard and the children can entertain themselves with the sandbox on the grounds immediately outside the terrace, there is also a bonfire spot where you can sit and enjoy the lovely evenings. The house is well located for hiking where there is neither far to Ferring Lake nor the North Sea. In the summer season from Easter to autumn holidays there is only approximately 600 metres to the nearest shop at Vejlby Torv where there is also a Cafe which is open in season. In the winter season you have to go the 6 km to Harboøre where there is both a Rema1000 and a Brugs. Non-smoking house
