House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a large and enclosed terrace area that faces perfectly south, and continues along the entire house and all the way around to the Annex. The entire terrace is surrounded by a fence so children and dogs can safely move about on the terrace without running away. Several sets of garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and gas grill. On the well-maintained grounds there is a football goal, there is a small "fishing boat" with sand in it, swings and poles set up for hanging a hammock. In the shed there is extra storage space, a small extra refrigerator and a small extra freezer, for use for shopping or for cold drinks and ice on the hot summer day. The area around Vejlby and Ferring Lake is not far from the roaring North Sea (300 m) and the beach, so nature invites very much for outdoor activities all year round - whether it is walks in the landscape around the lake or a beach trip. It is not far to grocery shops in both Vejlby and Harboøre - And if you are in a car you can drive to Lemvig - 'The City of Smiles' or the very popular tourist town Thyborøn, where you find several grocery shops as well as well-functioning retail in both places. The ideal house for the 2 people or the small family who want unique location close to lake, sea and beach.
