The bright living room is furnished with beautiful cognac-coloured leather furniture and a large wood-burning stove, which creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. From here you can enjoy the view through the large windows, read a good book or stream your favourite series via Chromecast – the house has lightning-fast fibre internet.
The modern kitchen contains everything you need to enjoy good meals during your holiday: convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, air fryer and a coffee machine for your morning coffee. The bathroom features underfloor heating and a small sauna – perfect for relaxing after a fresh trip to the sea.
The house has a lovely bedroom with a double bed as well as two extra rooms if you have guests. A new, energy-efficient heat pump ensures together with the wood-burning stove that the house is always pleasantly warm – regardless of the season.

Located on one of the best plots in the area – directly by the conservation line – the house has an unobstructed position with a captivating view over Ferring Lake. The south-facing, partially covered terrace is equipped with new garden furniture, loungers and a gas grill, so you can enjoy the sun, the peace and quiet and perhaps a glass of wine while the sun sets over the lake.
The area offers fantastic hiking and cycling routes where you can experience both lake and sea on the same trip. Furthermore, the house is close to shopping facilities and a couple of good restaurants.
