When you park your car in the carport and enter through the main door, you are welcomed by a beautifully renovated utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a brand new air-to-water heat pump, which makes the house very energy-efficient. From the utility room there is access to the kitchen, which has all conceivable appliances and service. The kitchen features a new glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood and microwave, with tiles on the floor. From the kitchen you enter a small cosy living room with good furniture and TV with Chromecast and games console as well as a lovely wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth even on cold days. Lemvig is also within driving distance of the house, and here there is a cosy harbour promenade with playground, shops and restaurants.
