Cozy wooden house near the beach – perfect for a family holiday This lovely, cozily furnished wooden house is located in a quiet holiday area on a 1,450 m² natural plot, just 350 meters from the beach. The house has been continuously modernized, including a new bathroom in 2003, and appears bright and inviting. **House layout** From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace with various garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and nature. The house has three bedrooms with double beds, and in one of the rooms there is a loft with two extra beds, which makes the house suitable for both families and groups. There are two bathrooms: one with toilet, shower and direct access to sauna, and one with hot tub – both with heated tile floors. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and cooker. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, which features 2- and 3-seater sofas, two armchairs, coffee table and dining area with 8 chairs and glass cabinet. In the living room there is a color TV with satellite dish (German channels only) and the option to stream TV. The house has free internet access, wood-burning stove and heat pump, both of which help reduce heating costs. As a tenant you have free access to Wærket in Thyborøn.
