Really lovely wooden holiday home 300 metres from the North Sea, built in 1983, and continuously renovated, most recently in 2022 with a new kitchen and living room. The house is situated on a 1350 m2 natural plot in quiet surroundings, close to a large open area and beach. There is room for 6 adults, 2 dogs and the house has free fibre internet.

House layout
The kitchen is from 2022 and well-equipped with dishwasher, 44 litre freezer, glass ceramic hob with extractor hood, refrigerator and microwave. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, stereo system with CD, DVD, and a 50" Smart TV with built-in Chromecast and DR channels. Plus German satellite channels. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save considerably on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW - the energy is thus utilised much more efficiently. The house has 3 good bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and one with a double bed of 160 cm and one with 2 single beds. The house has as many as 2 bathrooms and one of them has a shower option, heated tile floor, and a 2-person hot tub. In the other bathroom there is also a shower cubicle and heated tile floor. From this bathroom there is direct access to the sauna. In addition there is an extra room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is also equipped with a cot and high chair. The house is generally cosily furnished and decorated with lovely furniture expressed through wooden floors in the bedrooms and wooden floors with loose rugs in the kitchen, living room and hallway. The walls and ceilings are clad in wood.

House surroundings
The house is distinguished by its 80 m2 large enclosed wooden terrace, which was built in 2010. It is equipped with various garden furniture and accompanying cushions, which are otherwise not standard in holiday homes. Furthermore there is a grill for the many summer evenings and as many as 3 sun loungers. The area generally offers good surfing and fishing opportunities. So if you fancy a quiet holiday with walks along the beach and other activities rounded off with cosy holiday home atmosphere, then this house is a very good choice!
