Spacious, idyllic and well-appointed town house for 6 people only 2 km from the North Sea. Free Wi-Fi. Located on a quiet dead-end road in peaceful surroundings. Lovely house for a couple or small family. **House layout** The house was built in 1947 and has been continuously renovated. Once the car is parked at the house, the front door is accessed via the gate to the enclosed grounds. An entrance hall welcomes you. The entrance also serves as a distribution hallway and the staircase to the first floor is located here. Cosy living room. Furnished with leather and upholstered furniture, dining table, TV with Danish and German channels and Chromecast with the option to stream TV / radio / Apps you have a subscription to via your own devices, as well as a wood pellet stove (pellets can be purchased in the house). Separate, well-equipped and cosy kitchen with all white goods. Cooktop with ceramic hob and extractor hood. Large refrigerator and separate freezer (50L). Dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is conveniently located when food is served either outside or inside. From the kitchen there is access to the fantastic courtyard garden and access to a practical pantry with plenty of extra storage space. Both the entrance, living room and kitchen are fitted with practical flooring. From the entrance there is access to a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle, tiled floor with underfloor heating and a washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. A 4–6 person spa can be rented for DKK 500 per week excl water and electricity (must be purchased separately). The house is heated by district heating which is charged at a fixed price of DKK 250 per week in summer and DKK 450 in winter. Water and electricity consumption is charged separately. **First floor** Take the stairs from the entrance up to the first floor. From the small bedroom hallway there is access to 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds) **House surroundings** The house is situated on approximately 709 m² of well-maintained, enclosed grounds. In the back garden there is a fantastic enclosed courtyard garden which is completely private. There is also a large covered garden house which can be used in all kinds of weather. In the courtyard garden there are garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill which can be moved around as desired. There is always shelter and it is always possible to find a spot in the sun. The courtyard garden is fenced so neither dogs nor children can run out. Visit the many attractions and experiences which can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops. Shopping is done at Aldi or Brugsen in Harboøre which is within walking distance (500m) from the house and there is only about 2 km to the North Sea which offers new experiences every day.
