The house has been carefully modernised with respect for its original style and invites you to a relaxing holiday close to the North Sea. The house is on two floors. On the first floor, accessed via a steep staircase from the kitchen/living area, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and two very low single beds respectively. On the ground floor there is a cosy combined kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle, washing machine and underfloor heating. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, dining area, TV with the option to stream your own services, heat pump and wood-burning stove – both contributing to pleasant warmth and lower energy consumption. From the living room there is a lovely view of the dunes and direct access to an open terrace. There is a genuine summer house atmosphere throughout the house with exposed beams in the living room and kitchen and wooden floors everywhere – except in the bathroom. **Surroundings** The house is situated on a 900 m² natural plot just 300 metres from the North Sea. Outside there are several lovely terraces with garden furniture, gas grill and a practical integrated outdoor kitchen with worktop and sink – perfect for cooking under the open sky. The area offers beautiful nature experiences all year round, and an evening walk in the dunes can end with a fantastic sunset. The house is close to both the fishing village of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig, both of which have good shopping facilities, restaurants and attractions.
