House layoutThis charming holiday home was originally built in 1906 and underwent extensive renovation in 2005. The house has been carefully modernised with respect for its original style and invites you to a relaxing holiday close to the North Sea.

The house is on two floors. On the first floor, which is reached via a steep staircase from the kitchen/living area, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and two very low single beds respectively. On the ground floor there is a cosy, combined kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle, washing machine and underfloor heating.

The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, dining area, TV with the option to stream your own services, heat pump and wood-burning stove – both contribute to pleasant warmth and lower energy consumption. From the living room there is a lovely view of the dunes and direct access to an open terrace.

There is a genuine holiday home atmosphere throughout the house with exposed beams in the living room and kitchen and wooden floors everywhere – except in the bathroom.

SurroundingsThe house is situated on a 900 m² natural plot just 300 metres from the North Sea. Outside there are several lovely terraces with garden furniture, gas grill and a practical, integrated outdoor kitchen with worktop and sink – perfect for cooking under the open sky.

The area offers beautiful nature experiences all year round, and an evening walk in the dunes can end with a fantastic sunset. The house is close to both the fishing town of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig, both of which have good shopping facilities, restaurants and attractions.
