Kitchen with all major white goods and service/kitchenware. Glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven, fridge and freezer, there is also a cosy dining corner. Large living room with dining table, leather furniture, corner sofa, radio and TV with Danish and German channels and possibility to use Chromecast. A lovely wood-burning stove and two heat pumps keep everyone warm regardless of weather and wind and at the same time save on the electricity bill. Outdoor room with extra seating. Lovely bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bathtub with shower, extra bathroom with toilet, hand basin, shower cubicle and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Extra television with Chromecast in the large bedroom, in the single bedroom there is a small television with DVD and games console. Practical easy-to-clean floors throughout the house. In the shed you will find among other things the grill, garden cushions, parasol, games and play equipment. The house is a very energy-friendly holiday home which has just been energy-optimised with additional insulation of all cavity walls. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.

House surroundings.
The house is situated on a natural plot of approximately 930 m². From the outdoor room there is access to the lovely terrace with garden furniture and where the view towards Hygum hills can be enjoyed. The holiday home has a very fine location. It is only 300 m to the lovely North Sea and the beautiful sandy beach. Here you can enjoy long, picturesque walks or runs or you can enjoy a dip in the North Sea's waves. The area's shop here is seasonally open and is approximately 800 m from the house and in season offers fresh morning bread. Daily shopping can also be done here. The area's restaurant is also approximately 3000 m from the house. Within 25 - 30 minutes several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached. So whether you are into active holidays or total relaxation, this lovely holiday home provides a wonderful setting in terms of house, location and surroundings.
