House facilities
The house is modern and features white-laminated wood ceilings and walls. Wood floors with loose rugs. In the entrance there is a possibility to wash and dry clothes. The kitchen, which is combined with the living room, is well-appointed and well-equipped. Particularly well-equipped with glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and much more. The living room is furnished with nice leather furniture, TV with DR channels, satellite with German programmes, DVD and CD. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove, which together with the heat pump provides comfortable and inexpensive heating. There is free wireless internet in the house. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub and direct access to sauna, toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. The other has only sink and toilet. 4 bedrooms: Double bed + Double bed + 2 beds + 2 beds. Pets allowed. The house is rented out as a home office according to agreement with the owner. The house is not rented to youth groups.

The house is located on a lovely forest/nature plot only 350 m from the roaring North Sea. The house has 2 terraces, one facing east and here there are also swings for the smallest children on the grounds. On the west side there is the other terrace which is designed as a sun courtyard, here there are really good opportunities to find shelter. On both terraces there are garden furniture, 1 grill and 2 sun loungers. A short drive brings you to Lemvig or Thyborøn, where there are good shopping opportunities as well as various activities. A lovely house which is suitable for holidays regardless of season.
