From the entrance there is access to one of the house's bathrooms which is fitted with toilet, sink and shower. From the entrance there is also access to 2 of the house's bedrooms. Combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Beautiful living room which is open to the roof. The dining table is placed by the kitchen and at the other end of the living room there are lovely upholstered furniture, TV with Danish and German programmes as well as Chromecast with the option to stream your own programmes. There is a lovely wood-burning stove and a heat pump which both contribute to lower consumption. From the living room there is access to the terrace. From the living room there is also access to a hallway from which you can enter the last bathroom in the house which contains toilet, sink, shower, hot tub and access to sauna and here there is tiled floor with underfloor heating. The second bedroom is also located here. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: Double bed + Double bed + Double bed + Loft: 2 sleeping options. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. 1 pet is allowed. Non-smoking house.

The house is located on a 2570 m2 nature plot just 400 m from the North Sea. There is a lovely open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The area around Vejlby Klit is suitable for cycling and hiking. The house's location so close to the North Sea invites daily visits to the beach, where there are plenty of activities you can swim, soak up the sun, go fishing, collect stones or amber or just sit and enjoy the view over the North Sea and feel the wind in your hair. From the house there is a short drive to both Lemvig and the fishing town Thyborøn which both offer several good restaurants, activities, sights and shops. A really good holiday home for guests who want to stay a bit freely and close to the North Sea.
