Furnished with two good sofas, TV where it is only possible to watch TV through chromecast, which you must have a subscription for to stream. Large dining table and lovely view of the garden. Lovely wood-burning stove which together with a heat pump helps reduce the heating bill. 3 good bedrooms with space for 6 people plus an extra room with space for 1 sleeping guest. Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet plus another bathroom with toilet. Cosy outdoor room. Non-smoking house. Dogs are allowed.

The house is located on a natural plot of approx. 1,572 m2 just 300 m from the North Sea. There is access to a fantastic terrace and a courtyard garden. Garden furniture that can be moved around as desired. An incredibly lovely house, where thought has been given to most things and with plenty of possibilities. 5 - 10 min from the house lies the North Sea, which always invites for a fresh walk or run. The area's shop has seasonal opening and is located approx. 50 m from the house and in season offers fresh morning bread. Daily shopping can also be done here. The area's restaurant is also located approx. 3,000 m from the house. Within 25-30 minutes several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached. Ideally furnished house for up to 7 people.
