The house comprises a total of 425 m² and offers space for up to 32 people. Here, thought has been given to both community and privacy with 10 good bedrooms as well as 4 large lofts, which are especially popular with children and young people. The bright rooms, the well-thought-out interior and the large window sections create a fantastic atmosphere, where nature outside becomes a natural part of the holiday experience.

The heart of the house is the large living and kitchen area, where everyone can gather around cooking, shared meals and cosy moments. The modern kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with, among other things, two dishwashers, two cookers with ovens, three refrigerators with freezer capacity, microwave and plenty of work space. There is no queue for morning coffee or dinner, even when the house is full of guests.

From the dining area and living room, light streams in through the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide a lovely view over the surrounding landscape. The open fields around the house create a pleasant sense of peace and air, while the comfortable sofa groups invite long evenings with films, games and cosy socialising.

The wellness section is undoubtedly one of the house's great highlights. Here the whole family can enjoy the beautiful pool area with a 24 m² swimming pool, separate children's pool and swimming trainer. While the children play in the water, adults can relax in the inviting hot tub with space for six people or enjoy the warmth of the sauna. For the ultimate wellness experience, there is also a tipping bucket so you can get the cold thrill, which provides the perfect contrast after the sauna.

When there is a bit more to do, the large activity room offers entertainment for all ages. Here you can compete in pool, table tennis and table football, or relax with PlayStation and TV. The activity room quickly becomes a natural gathering point, where laughter, competitions and good memories are created throughout the holiday.

Outdoors, the experience continues on the house's fantastic terrace areas. The large, partially screened terraces are furnished with both dining areas and cosy lounge sections, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Here you can enjoy morning coffee in peaceful surroundings, while the day's meals are prepared on the gas grill and served under the open sky.

A particularly charming element of the property is the beautiful shelters and the cosy bonfire area. Here the family can gather after a day at the beach, bake marshmallows, tell stories and enjoy the long summer evenings under the starry sky. The shelters create a very special atmosphere and offer the opportunity for nature experiences without compromising on comfort.

Children also get their very own holiday paradise with a large trampoline, street football pitch, swing set and sandbox, while the large natural grounds of 1.700 m² provide plenty of space for play, ball games and shared activities. The open surroundings and the free view over the fields create a peaceful atmosphere, where you really feel the West Jutland nature.

The location is ideal for a holiday by the North Sea. Just 250 metres from the house you will find the wide sandy beach and the roaring sea, which invites walks all year round, bathing trips on warm summer days and fantastic nature experiences in all kinds of weather. At the same time, the house is centrally located in Vrist with easy access to the area's many attractions, activities and shopping opportunities.

For extra comfort, the house is equipped with fast fibre internet, charging stations for electric cars and energy-efficient ground source heating, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. There is of course also a washing machine, tumble dryer, cots and high chairs, so both large and small guests get the best possible conditions for a relaxing holiday.
