The house is situated on a large 5.000 m² plot just approximately 250 metres from the North Sea and is therefore an obvious choice for a relaxing family holiday on the Jutland west coast.

The house has room for the whole family and offers, among other things, two living rooms, two bathrooms, six bedrooms, a large activity room, a wild forest bath, an enclosed garden with a playhouse and sandpit, and an electric charging station. The house has solar panels and ground source heating and is a non-smoking house. There is also room for up to two dogs.

Cosy communal areas
The house was originally built in 1919 and underwent a comprehensive renovation. The result is a beautiful and cosy holiday home where the house's classic charm is combined with modern comfort.

On the ground floor you will find a large and inviting living and dining room with plenty of space for the whole family. Here you can gather around the dining table, relax in the comfortable leather furniture or enjoy yourselves in front of the wood-burning stove after a day at the North Sea.

There is a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels, and you can of course also stream from your own subscriptions.

The stylish kitchen is directly connected to the dining room and is well equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer. A practical utility room with good storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer makes it easy to keep track of the family's holiday – even after a trip to the beach.

Two bathrooms and plenty of space for the family
The house has a total of six bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there is plenty of room for larger families or several families travelling together. On the ground floor you will find a large and practical bathroom with toilet, sink, built-in shower niche and underfloor heating. There is also an extra toilet with sink. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: one room with a double bed and single bed (1DB + 1SB) and one room with two single beds (1SB + 1SB).

For the family's youngest guests there is a cot and high chair.

From the entrance, the stairs lead up to the first floor, where there is another cosy living room with a large sofa with chaise longue and an extra flat-screen TV. There is also a PlayStation with games, which can also be used to play DVDs/Blu-rays – perfect for cosy hours for the children.

On the first floor you will find a beautiful, renovated bathroom with toilet, sink, shower niche and a lovely hot tub. There are also four bedrooms: one room with two double beds (1DB + 1DB), one room with a single bed (1SB), and two rooms with double beds (1DB + 1DB). The house has a total of 14 beds. For the family's youngest guests there are both a cot and a high chair.

The practical distribution of the bedrooms makes the house suitable for both large families and several families holidaying together, while at the same time offering good opportunities for children and adults to have some space to themselves.

Activities for the whole family
One of the house's great advantages is the large, insulated activity room, which can be used all year round.
Here the family can challenge each other in: Pool - Table tennis - Table football - Darts
It is an obvious meeting point for both children and adults – and means there is always something to do when the weather does not invite outdoor activities.

Large, enclosed garden – perfect for children and dogs
The large 5.000 m² plot provides plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor life. The enclosed garden is particularly suitable for families with children and dogs. Here you will find, among other things, a sandpit, playhouse and slide, while adults can relax on the west-facing terrace with shelter, garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. The enclosed terrace and garden also give children the opportunity to play freely, while adults can enjoy their holiday in peace and quiet. There are also two dog runs with a combined size of 8 m².

Wild forest bath and outdoor shower
When the day's activities are over, you can end the day with a dip in the house's cosy wild forest bath, which is located under cover in the garden and heated with wood. There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water – perfect after a swim in the sea or on a hot summer's day.

Only 250 metres to the North Sea
One of the house's absolute advantages is its location. There is only approximately 250 metres to the North Sea, so it is easy to take a trip to the beach – even if the children just need to go down and feel the sand between their toes, find shells or experience the impressive waves of the North Sea. The area around Vrist offers beautiful nature and good opportunities for walks and runs. The North Sea is experienced differently from day to day – from calm and peaceful to impressive and powerful.
At the same time there are many experiences and attractions within approximately 20 minutes' drive. For example, take a trip to the fishing village of Thyborøn or the market town of Lemvig, where you will find specialist shops, cosy streets and good opportunities for an excursion.

Comfortable and practical facilities
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, wood-burning stove, cot, high chair and electric charging station. The charging station can be used for electric cars and plug-in hybrid cars with Type 2 connector and has a power of 11 kW.
The house is heated with ground source heating and has solar panels, which contribute to more energy-efficient operation. The house is smoke-free/non-smoking.
