Non-smoking house. **House layout** A bright entrance welcomes you inside and leads into the combined, well-equipped kitchen and living room, which includes an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic induction hob, extractor hood and microwave. The kitchen also has a cosy little seating area and is in open connection with the spacious living room. In the living room there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather around the dining table or in the comfortable sofa corner. Here you will find upholstered furniture, a large flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels as well as a Bluetooth radio. The wood-burning stove completes the atmosphere and creates extra cosiness on cool days. The house has four spacious bedrooms in total. On the ground floor there are two rooms, both with double beds. On the 1st floor there are two more rooms – one with a double bed and the other with both a double bed and two single beds, which makes the house particularly suitable for both families and groups of friends. There are two lovely bathrooms, both centrally located and fitted with toilet, sink and shower. Should you need to do laundry during your stay, both a washing machine and tumble dryer are available. For the family's youngest guest there is of course also a high chair. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house for Type 2 charging socket, which can charge up to 11 kWh. **Fantastic activity room with home cinema and bar** At the other end of the house you will find the impressive activity room, which will undoubtedly become a natural gathering point during your holiday. Here you can challenge each other at pool, table tennis, table football and darts, and there is plenty of opportunity for many hours of fun and competition. In addition, there is a cosy bar, which creates just the right atmosphere for a real film night. The house's truly unique highlight is the fantastic home cinema with comfortable cinema seats. The room can be completely darkened by drawing the blinds, so the authentic cinema atmosphere is created. With around 200 DVDs to choose from, there is entertainment for every taste – regardless of weather and season. **House surroundings** The house is situated on an 850 m² enclosed plot where your dog can also run freely. From the kitchen there is access to the house's large terrace with garden furniture, grill and two sun loungers. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view towards the dunes and hear the waves of the North Sea in the background. In addition, there are 2 smaller terraces - one with access from one of the bedrooms and the other with access from the living room - so you have the opportunity to find both sun and shelter from several sides of the house. The North Sea is only a few minutes' walk from the house and invites you to long walks and runs, kite flying, fishing or simply relaxation in the fresh sea air. In the area around Vrist you will find one of Western Jutland's most beautiful cycling routes, and the charming harbour towns of Lemvig and Thyborøn are just a short drive away. Here you can buy fresh fish, enjoy an ice cream at the harbour or explore the local shops. The small VLTJ train passes through the area.
