Really cosy holiday home that exudes charm and good atmosphere. The holiday home was built back in 1928, but has been completely renovated in 2018. The house has free internet access (WIFI)

House furnishings
The kitchen is brand new and features a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the kitchen there is seating for 2 people. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, the bathroom has tiles on the floor. The guest toilet has tiles, sink and underfloor heating. The holiday home also has a lovely sauna. Ceilings and walls are clad in wood, likewise the floor is wood. The holiday home has two living rooms and one is on the ground floor where there is a dining table for 6 people as well as activities such as table football and billiards table. The other living room is upstairs and here there is plenty of cosiness with exposed beams and with a view of the dunes. Here you will find a flat-screen TV with DR 1 as well as a DVD player and there is a sofa arrangement and a wood-burning stove. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1DS + 2S + 1DS. From the bedroom upstairs you can enjoy the view over the fields. There is a washing machine in the back hallway. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save a lot on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approx. 4 kW the energy is thus utilised far. Outside there is a wellness room with a large spa inside, so you are sheltered from the weather.

House surroundings
The house is located on a 1946m2 natural plot. On the east side of the house there is a cosy enclosed terrace of 30 m2, where you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast while the morning sun rises. Towards the North Sea there is also a terrace of 28 m2, it is also enclosed. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy dinner while enjoying the sunset. Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture. So this is a house that has been completely renovated with respect for the old style.
