Lovely large living room furnished with upholstered furniture, TV with Danish and German channels as well as the option to stream TV / Radio / Apps that you have your own subscription to, and a lovely wood-burning stove and heat pump which both provide lovely warmth and contribute to lower energy bills. Nice modern kitchen with dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 2 single beds and on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 1 double bed – there is a hand basin in all bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower plus tiled floor. Extra room with washing machine, tumble dryer and 1 sofa bed. Non-smoking house. Free internet access.

The house is very close to the North Sea - just 100 metres from the beach on a 1042 m² dune plot. There are several good terraces, both open and one partially covered and enclosed with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas grill. The house's location within walking distance of the beach is quite unique. The North Sea is worth a visit every day. There are several opportunities to enjoy yourself here, whether swimming, collecting amber, fishing or taking a walk along the water's edge. If you want something else during your holiday or a change of pace, visit the old market town of Lemvig which has several specialist shops and a lovely harbour promenade with a playground for the children. The house is located near Vejlby Klit Torv where there is a grocery shop which is open seasonally as well as a small café which is also open during the season. A really cosy holiday home with a fantastic location.
