All 12 residents can gather around the house's large dining table which is also perfect for games and cosy chat. Relax in the soft leather furniture. Watch TV in Danish and German on the house's Smart-TV with German and Danish programmes as well as the option to stream TV/radio/Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or other device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to. There are wooden floors in the living room and carpets in the bedrooms. Light the wood stove which helps with heating together with the heat pump or simply creates a cosy atmosphere. From the hallway there is access to a completely private terrace with a large outdoor spa. The activity room contains: darts, table football and combined pool/billiards. Washing machine and tumble dryer are of course included. 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom has toilet, shower, sink, underfloor heating and wellness/sauna section with hot tub with massage jets and lovely infrared sauna plus an extra toilet with sink.
