A lovely entrance welcomes you and leads you directly into a hallway, where there is access to the house's 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Beautiful, modern kitchen corner with a view of the high dunes by the North Sea. The kitchen has everything in service and kitchenware and is also equipped with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a step down from the kitchen to the dining area with dining table and chairs. The living room has lovely leather furniture and TV with Danish and German channels. A lovely wood-burning stove that provides extra cosiness and pleasant warmth. From the living room there is also a view of the dunes. 3 rooms (1DB, 2S, 2S). The house's bathroom has shower, toilet, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. The entire house has wooden floors. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

House surroundingsThe house is situated on approx. 1.358 m2 of lovely grounds. From the living room there is access to a completely fantastic, covered terrace. Furthermore, there is also a lovely large terrace area with good garden furniture, loungers and grill which can easily be moved to a sunny spot. A terrace area where there is always shelter, even on windy days, and where you can always enjoy the view of the high dunes. An open natural grounds confirms the many possibilities. The North Sea is only 250m from the house and it is always a pleasure to come up and see how the sea is "doing". In summer there are fine bathing opportunities and the children can spend many hours building sandcastles or small dams in the sand, while the adults can lie and relax. Here there is always plenty of space, so you feel you have the beach to yourself. There is 700m to the nearest shopping opportunity at the square in Vejlby Klit Vrist, which however only has opening hours in season.
