In one of the bedrooms there is a TV and DVD. And in the loft there are also 2 sleeping options, accessed by a very steep staircase. Cosy living room with wood-burning stove, F-TV with Danish and German channels. Lovely kitchen with glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, hot tub and access to sauna and underfloor heating, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest toilet with sink and toilet. Beautiful holiday home located in an attractive dune area on a 1200 m2 dune plot just 250 metres to the area's best beach and also only about 500 metres to supermarket, which is open most of the year. From the living room there is access to a partly covered and partly fenced terrace with garden furniture, 3 sun loungers, parasol and a small gas grill (gas bottle must be brought by yourself). For the youngest guests there is a swing. Enjoy that the house is within walking distance of the North Sea. From the terrace you have a lovely view over the area and the high dunes by the North Sea. The house's second terrace also has garden furniture and as an extra the house also has a fish cleaning area, this terrace is also partly covered and enclosed. From the house it is only a short drive by car to Thyborøn or Lemvig. Both towns offer several attractions and good shopping opportunities. In both towns there is also the opportunity to buy fresh fish. A lovely house for 6 people who want to stay in quiet surroundings close to the North Sea.
