When you arrive at the house and enter the hallway there is a distribution corridor with access to 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom with hot tub. There is also access to the combined living room/kitchen which is open to the roof. The large panoramic windows contribute to giving fantastic light throughout the room. The living room is well furnished with leather furniture, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, DVD and CD player, lovely wood-burning stove and heat pump which provides comfortable warmth even in the cold season. Beautiful kitchen with ceramic hob and built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. In the living room and kitchen there is tiled flooring. 2 lovely bathrooms both with toilet, sink and shower and in the large bathroom there is a 2-person hot tub and access to sauna. 4 good bedrooms: 1DS + 1DS + 1DS + 1DS. From one of the bedrooms there is access to the loft where there are 2 sleeping options. There is a lovely terrace to the house, where there are of course garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. For the youngest guests there is a sandbox and swings. The North Sea is only 200 m from the house so you can quickly take a trip to the beach on foot. The area around the holiday home is very suitable for walks and cycling, there is a path all the way around Ferring Lake and along the dyke towards Bovbjerg there is a cycle path. A truly fantastic house for 2 families who want to holiday together.
