There is also free wireless internet access here. **House layout** The house is 108 m2 and has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single), one of which has an extra TV. For the youngest guests there is a changing mat, cot and high chair. Bright and friendly interior with combined living room and kitchen corner. In the spacious living room there are leather furniture, TV with Chromecast and Danish and German channels, dining table close to the kitchen corner, radio and CD, and a lovely wood-burning stove together with the heat pump under the ceiling to minimise the electricity bill. Nice kitchen corner with everything in service/kitchenware. There is an electric ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, extractor hood, new dishwasher, new fridge/freezer. Large, inviting bathroom in light colours with tiled floor with underfloor heating, new washing machine, new tumble dryer, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, direct access to sauna and hot tub. A lovely well-maintained holiday home where 2 dogs are allowed. Non-smoking house. **House surroundings** On the large terrace there are really good opportunities to find shelter and sun and there are garden furniture, sun loungers, charcoal grill and gas grill, which can be moved around as needed. Enjoy both morning and evening sun here. The house is well-positioned for hiking, with neither far to Ferring Lake nor the North Sea. In the summer season from Easter to autumn holidays there is only approximately 200 metres to the nearest shop at Vejlby Torv where there is also a Cafe that is open in season. In the winter season you have to take the 6 km to Harboøre where there is both an Aldi and a Brugsen, just as the area has many activities and restaurants that can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
