Lovely summer house with sheltered terrace, cosy garden and only 250 metres to the sea. The house was renovated in 2015 and has a heat pump which makes the house energy-efficient. There is free internet access and dogs are allowed. All in all an incredibly lovely summer house for families who want to be close to the North Sea. No smoking.

House layout
The house has a large combined living room and kitchen area. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, sofa group with coffee table, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels and a dining table with chairs. The living room is throughout fitted with wooden flooring which creates a cosy atmosphere. From the living room there is also direct access to the garden room, which can extend the evenings out on the terrace.
The kitchen has what you need in the form of electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The house has 4 bedrooms consisting of 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

The bathroom has underfloor heating and contains a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine in the house.

House surroundings
The house's lovely terrace has garden furniture and grill and has many good sheltering options. There is also an outdoor fireplace, so you can enjoy both the mental and physical warmth from the fireplace when you sit on a late summer evening and relax. 100 metres from the house is Vejlby Torv and here there is both a shop and Cafe John Wayne. From the square there is also a wheelchair-accessible access to the sea, so if you have mobility difficulties you can also come and see the sea via a tiled path that rises 7% over the dunes. If you have children there is only 200 metres to one of the playgrounds in the Vejlby Klit area. Don't deny yourself a horse ride at Ferring Sø which is only just under 700 metres from the house. There is also a challenging hiking route 10 km around the lake where you get a taste of varied West Jutland nature.
