Well-equipped and well-maintained wooden holiday home centrally located in Vejlby Klit on a lovely natural plot. From here it is only approximately 200 metres to the North Sea, and you live 300 metres from Vejlby Klit square, where there is both a shop and a cafeteria.

House interiorThe house has a cosy living room with a vaulted ceiling, wood-burning stove, DVD, stereo system with CD and television with DR1 and TV2 as well as satellite (German channels only). There is also free internet access. The living room is combined with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 40 litre freezer and microwave. The kitchen and living room are arranged so that you can easily talk to each other, with some in the living room and others in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are equipped with double beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, sauna, sink, toilet, spa as well as tumble dryer and washing machine. There is also a small bathroom consisting of toilet, sink and a small shower. A heat pump is installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save a lot on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW the energy is thus utilised much better. The house also has as standard a cot and a high chair. Smoking is not permitted in the house, 2 dogs may be brought and other pets are not desired.

House surroundingsThe house is located on the peninsula between Ferring Lake, which is 350 metres away, and the North Sea which is 200 metres away. The area is very popular because of the varied nature. The house has a lovely south- and east-facing terrace, which is fenced, so it is nice for dogs so they don't run away. The terrace includes garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. On the plot there are also a swing and sandpit. Just outside the house there is also a public sports field where volleyball or similar can be played. There is also a good view from the house's aforementioned lovely terrace. There is a carport for the car. There is free access to Lemvig Swimming Hall/Bathing Area for all the house's residents when you book this house. Lemvig is approximately 14 km away, and there are many specialist shops here that you can combine the trip with.
