The house is perfect for both families with children who want lots of activities and couples who want a quiet getaway by the North Sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Living room with smart TV with the option to stream TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever subscription you have, Chromecast. There is also both a heat pump and wood-burning stove which makes it quick and cheap to heat the house on cold days. The living room has large south-facing windows, with access to the enclosed terrace of 80 m2, where there is sun for much of the day. Kitchen: Electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The house is well-equipped and contains all necessary utensils for a holiday. 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 single beds, 1 double bed). Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, good counter space and skylight window. The storage room contains cleaning supplies and games for both warm summer days and cold evenings. On the terrace there is a wood-heated hot tub, garden furniture for 6 people and in the garden there are swings and a sandbox for the children. Right next to the magnificent terrace there is a lovely wood-heated hot tub. There is free internet access and wifi. Pets are allowed. Location: The house is situated on a natural plot close to the North Sea and Ferring Lake. The plot is at the end of a dead-end road, so there is no traffic past the property. You get the real feeling of dunes and sea while the area also offers a lake and rural idyll. Here is everything you need for a really cosy holiday with lots of activities: The beach and water for swimming and walks, the lake for SUP or kite-/windsurfing and the trails by the dunes for cycling and walking. The area also offers two playgrounds and common areas for sports such as beach volleyball, for the enjoyment of both children and adults.
