Living room with smart TV with the option to stream TV/radio/apps, so if you have a mobile phone or other device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to, chromecast. There is also both a heat pump and wood-burning stove which makes it quick and inexpensive to heat the house on cold days. The living room has large south-facing windows with access to the enclosed terrace of 80 m2, which gets sun for much of the day. Kitchen: Electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The house is well-equipped and contains all necessary utensils for a holiday. 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 single beds, 1 double bed). Location: The house is situated on a natural plot close to the North Sea and Ferring Lake. The plot is at the end of a dead-end road, so there is no traffic past the property. You get the real atmosphere of dunes and sea while the area also offers a lake and rural idyll. Here you have everything you need for a really cosy holiday with plenty of activities: The beach and water for swimming and walks, the lake for SUP or kite-/windsurfing and the trails by the dunes for cycling and walking.
