Only about 250 metres from the North Sea and 200 metres from the beautiful Ferring Lake lies this well-maintained and continuously modernised wooden holiday home. The house offers modern comfort in bright and inviting surroundings. Here you have a wonderful base for your holiday, whether you want relaxation, nature experiences or active days by the sea.
The house is suitable for both families and couples, and dogs are also welcome.

House layout
The 75 m² holiday home is bright and practically furnished with a lovely living area, where kitchen, dining area and lounge are combined. The large windows provide beautiful natural light and views of the surrounding dunes.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable furniture and TV with Danish and German channels as well as fibre TV, and there is also a lovely wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth regardless of season. Here the family can gather after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and has all necessary service and kitchen equipment for holiday meals.
The house sleeps 6 people distributed across 3 good bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
The lovely bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. You will also find both a washing machine and tumble dryer here.
After a fresh walk along the sea you can relax in the house's spa or enjoy the warmth in the sauna, which you have direct access to from the bathroom.
There is free fibre internet with a speed of 50 Mbit in the house. For the youngest guests there is a high chair in the house

House surroundings
The holiday home is situated on a natural plot of approximately 700 m² in an attractive holiday area between the North Sea and Ferring Lake. From the house and terrace you can enjoy the view of the characteristic dunes that characterise the area.
From the lounge there is access to a lovely, fenced and partially covered terrace, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill, so everything is in place for enjoyable outdoor holiday days.
The area is known for its beautiful nature and good opportunities for hiking and cycling. The popular route between sea and lake is close to the house and offers the opportunity to experience both the North Sea and Ferring Lake on the same trip. There are also only a few minutes' walk to seasonal shopping facilities and restaurants.
