Renovated, cosy wooden holiday home with a large, partially covered terrace. Located on natural grounds only 200 metres from the North Sea. The terrace is fenced and thus suitable for letting your dog run freely. There is also free wireless internet access (fibre connection). From the house there is a view of the dunes and the house is ideal for a couple or small family. House furnishings In this house most of the time is spent in the cosy living room, which flows into the kitchen. Here is a sofa group, armchairs and a dining table. There is also a lovely wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump provides pleasant warmth and helps save on utility bills. In addition, there is a large smart TV with soundbar with Danish and German channels, as well as the option to stream TV/radio/Apps via Chromecast. Via Chromecast you can stream films and music via your subscriptions, this can also be done via PlayStation 3. In the kitchen you will find both a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and glass ceramic hob with oven and extractor hood. From the living room there is access to a bedroom with a ¾ bed and large wardrobe. Via the hallway there is access to a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a ¾ bed, smart TV including Chromecast and a tall wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, making it ideal for a family holiday. The bathroom has everything you need. There is a toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Via the hallway there is also access to an extra room where there is a chest freezer and extra wardrobe. There is an ironing board, iron and hair dryer available. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. Non-smoking house. House surroundings The house's fenced terrace is primarily south-facing and is partially covered. The terrace can be accessed directly from the living room. Enjoy both morning and evening sun in the garden furniture or on one of the 2 sun loungers. A grill is of course also standard and the children can entertain themselves with the swings, slide and sandbox on the grounds immediately outside the terrace. The house is well located for hiking, with neither far to Ferring Lake nor the North Sea. In the summer season from Easter to autumn holidays there is only approximately 600 metres to the nearest shop at Vejlby Torv, which also has a Café that is open in season. In the winter season you have to go 6 km to Harboøre, where there is both an Aldi and a Brugsen.
