Well-appointed wooden holiday home with a large, enclosed terrace area (60 m2) with panoramic views of the dunes at the North Sea. Located on natural grounds only approximately 200 m from the North Sea and from Ferring Lake. There is also free wireless internet access. From the house there are views of the dunes and it is ideal for a couple or small family.

House layout
The house was completely renovated in 2015. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds). Lovely kitchen-living-dining room. The living room is nicely furnished with leather furniture, wood-burning stove, stereo system with CD, DVD, and flat-screen TV with Danish and German programmes. The kitchen area is optimally laid out and equipped with microwave, cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 50 l freezer and all service/kitchen equipment. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, shower. From the hallway there is a separate entrance to the sauna. There are wooden floors throughout the house. White ceilings make the whole house bright and welcoming. Cot and high chair for small guests. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet allowed. Cats are not permitted.

House surroundings
The house is situated on a plot of approximately 700 m2. The 60 m2 enclosed terrace is perfect for both dogs and children who can run around without you having to worry about them running away. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the dunes at the North Sea and both morning and evening sun can be enjoyed in the garden furniture or on one of the 2 sun loungers. A grill is of course also standard and children can also entertain themselves with the swings on the grounds. The house is well-positioned for hiking where there is neither far to Ferring Lake nor the North Sea. In the summer season from Easter to autumn holidays there is only approximately 600 metres to the nearest shop at Vejlby Torv where there is also a Cafe that is open in season. In the winter season you have to go 6 km to Harboøre where there is both an Aldi and Brugsen. There is only 200 m to an open area where there is the possibility of various ball games.
