Cosily furnished with leather furniture, dining area, large smart TV with German and Danish channels, and Chromecast for streaming. The house is 110 m2 and was built in 1994. A lovely, cosy wood-burning stove and 2 economical heat pumps at each end of the house provide cosiness and ensure a warm and comfortable house regardless of weather and season. Furthermore, the house has solar panels on the roof and a battery that stores up to 5 kw. The house therefore has green energy and minimal consumption when electricity is used. The lovely kitchen is well equipped. There is, among other things, a coffee machine, microwave, convection oven and induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. There are 2 lovely bathrooms in the house. Both have toilet, shower, sink and tiled floor and one with underfloor heating. Lovely south-facing, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, electric grill and sun loungers. From here you can enjoy an unobstructed view over Ferring Lake and the area. The plot is fenced, which is ideal if you bring animals or children. Distance to Ferring Lake is 70 m and the North Sea waterline is only 300 metres from the house, just as there is only 300 metres to Vejlby Torv with a grocer and restaurant Cafe John Wayne. Vejlby Klit is surrounded by water on both sides with the North Sea to the west which is always worth a visit. Here you can swim, build sandcastles, fish, fly a kite, take a long walk and enjoy solitude or family togetherness or just sit in a dune and enjoy the sound of the sea and the relaxing peace. The same applies to the close proximity to Ferring Lake, where there is a walking route around it. Furthermore, the house is close to one of West Jutland's most beautiful cycling/walking routes which, among other things, offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time. If you want to go on a trip, you can take the local VLTJ train for FREE, which runs from Vemb to Thyborøn, which gives you the opportunity to visit both the harbour town of Thyborøn and the trading town of Lemvig without having to use the car.
