House layoutAlready when the car hits the gravel road, just a few metres from the house, it becomes clear that both the location and the house are something very special. The house is situated on a natural plot at the end of a closed gravel road.

The house is 155 m² and contains 3 lovely bedrooms with double beds (1DB, 1DB, 1DB) – all with brand new and good beds. In the heart of the house is a large and well-equipped kitchen/living room with everything in service, kitchenware and major appliances.

The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction hob with built-in extractor hood, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The prepared food can be enjoyed at the dining table, which is placed close to the kitchen, while you are captivated by the view of Ferring Lake and the surrounding area.

Relax in the new quality furniture and watch TV on the house's Smart TV with built-in Danish and German channels via fibre internet, radio and the option of streaming services.

There are practical laminate floors with underfloor heating in all living areas, and the bathrooms have tiled floors with underfloor heating. From both the living room and the large bedroom there is direct access to the large, partially covered terrace.

The house is equipped with a heat pump, which contributes to lower energy consumption. There is open to the roof and built-in spotlights throughout the ceiling. The large window sections and two roof windows in the kitchen area ensure fantastic light.

There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, sink and shower. One bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer and direct access to the terrace and one of the outdoor showers – ideal after a trip to the North Sea.

The house is not rented to youth groups. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. An EV charging station is installed for electric cars or plug-in hybrids. Mandatory final cleaning.

Outdoor areasThere is plenty of space on the 1.000 m² unique natural plot. The approximately 150 m² terrace area is well-maintained, fenced and partially covered and offers an outdoor kitchen, spa and garden furniture.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large gas grill and sink with cold water, so there are good opportunities to prepare delicious meals while enjoying time with family and friends. There is plenty of garden furniture and loungers.

The outdoor spa provides a very special experience – especially on dark evenings under the clear starry sky. An outdoor shower is placed close to the spa, so you can rinse off before lowering yourself into the warm water. Pure therapy for body and soul.

In the annex there is a lovely sauna and an activity room with, among other things, table football, darts and an exercise bike. There is also a lockable storage room.

The house is situated on one of the best plots in Vejlby Klit, pleasantly far from the road. Via a path through the protected area you can walk directly to Ferring Lake, which is only 80 metres away. Around the lake there is a path, so you can walk all the way around and experience nature up close.

The North Sea is only 300 metres from the house, and here there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, kite flying, recreational fishing and long walks in the fresh westerly wind.

The house is also close to one of Western Jutland's most beautiful cycling and hiking routes as well as shops and restaurants. The nearest seasonal grocery shop is only 400 metres away at Vejlby Torv, where there is also a café and dining establishment.

We also recommend a visit to the harbour town of Thyborøn (15 km to the north) or the old market town of Lemvig (13 km to the east).
