The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, refrigerator with 40 l freezer compartment and microwave. Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower and sauna. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 child's bed. The living room and kitchen have wooden floors and the dining area has carpet. There is a carport for the car. There is a high chair for small guests. Mandatory final cleaning.

House surroundings: The house is well located on an 820 m² natural plot close to Ferring Lake and the North Sea. Large sheltered terrace with garden furniture and grill as well as sun loungers. Large lovely garden room. For the little ones there is a sandbox and swings. The North Sea is only 250 m from the house and here you can experience something new every day of the year. If you want to go for a walk you can conveniently take a walk around Ferring Lake where a lovely trail has been laid out in nature. All in all a good choice for the small family or a couple who wish to live close to sea and lake.
