The house's layout
The holiday home is 75 m2 and exceptionally well-maintained. The living room is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, beautiful wooden floors and a pleasant, Nordic atmosphere. In the living room you can enjoy warmth and cosiness from the wood-burning stove, while the heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. There is fibre-optic TV, Fibre Internet and good upholstered furniture, which provides the opportunity for genuine relaxation after an active day in the area. The living room is in open connection with the functional kitchen, which is equipped with electric ceramic hobs, dishwasher, built-in oven and fridge/freezer, so you can prepare and enjoy your holiday meals in peaceful surroundings.

The holiday home contains three cosy bedrooms – one room with a double bed, one room with a single bed and one with 2 single beds – and is therefore suitable for families, couples and groups of friends alike. The bathroom is bright and practically laid out with shower, toilet and sink as well as a mini washing machine and underfloor heating. Perfect for both short and longer stays. You are allowed to bring up to 1 pet, so the whole family can come along. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house.

The house's surroundings
Outdoors you can look forward to 2 lovely partially covered and fenced terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Sun loungers and grill can be moved as needed. The surrounding natural plot provides a peaceful atmosphere, and from the plot there is a fine view towards Ferring Lake, which is within a short walk from the house.

The distance to Ferring Lake is 200 m and the North Sea's waterline is just 250 metres from the house. There is approximately 600 metres to Vejlby Torv with a grocer and the restaurant Cafe John Wayne.
Vejlby Klit is surrounded by water on both sides with the North Sea to the west, which is always worth a visit. Here you can swim, build sandcastles, fish, fly a kite, take a long walk and enjoy solitude or your family's company or simply sit in a dune and enjoy the sound of the sea and the relaxing peace.
The same applies to the close proximity to Ferring Lake, where there is a walking route around it. Furthermore, the house is close to one of West Jutland's most beautiful cycling/walking routes which, among other things, offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time. If you want to go on a trip, you can take the local VLTJ train for FREE, which runs from Vemb to Thyborøn, which gives you the opportunity to visit both the harbour town of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig without having to use the car. Within 25-30 minutes by train, several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached.
