A heat pump is installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save considerably on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW - the energy is thus utilized much more efficiently. The house also includes a particularly lovely fenced terrace - and from both here and from the house itself you have a fine view over Ferring Lake and the dunes. On the terrace there are garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. The sea is within walking distance to the North Sea as well as to Ferring Lake. Around Ferring Lake a path has been made so you can walk and experience the nature around the lake. Take a walk to the North Sea where there are many good opportunities for activities, you can among other things collect amber and stones, build sandcastles, fish or simply sit and enjoy the sound of the sea and the peace and quiet. The house is not far from Vejlby Klit Torv, where in season there is a shop and a restaurant which are open. A cosy holiday home for the small family or a couple who wish to stay close to the North Sea.
