Enjoy the house's many possibilities, take a walk by the sea and in the dunes or cycle around the fantastic area. House layout The house is 165 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x double bed, 2x single beds and 4x bunk beds) as well as a loft with 2 sleeping places to the delight of many children and young at heart. In the heart of the house is a well-equipped kitchen/living room where the ceiling goes to the ridge and where small-paned windows contribute to the cozy holiday atmosphere. Everything is in hard white goods; cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge with freezer compartment and even a wine cooler. Enjoy your meal at the dining table or relax in the comfortable sofas. TV in the living room has Danish and German channels and there is the option to use Chromecast. There is an extra TV and DVD in the loft where you can create your own little cinema. Should it get too cold, or if you want to create atmosphere, simply turn on the house's wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy the flames and intense heat. There are white tile floors in the living room and kitchen area with underfloor heating and there are carpets/parquet floors in the bedrooms. The house's wellness pool section includes the pool, a hot tub and a sauna and the house has as many as 3 bathrooms, with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer are a given and are located in the house's entrance. There is access from the living room to the house's large and partially covered and fenced terrace. On the terrace there are garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, sandbox, slide, table/bench set for the little ones etc. Inside the house there is a cot that can be set up for the very small. The house is a "non-smoking house". Max. 2 pets are allowed. An air-to-water heat pump has been installed in the house, which means that as a guest you can save a lot on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is the option to charge via a charging box installed on the gable at the northern end of the house. The house is not rented to youth groups. Fenced west-facing terrace with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers, parasol, sandbox etc. - ideal for both children and pets. Enjoy the sun, each other, a good grilling evening or take a walk with the dog in the area. Worth a visit in all seasons. The house is only about 400 m from the area's restaurant and supermarket, which is open most of the year. Within a short drive you can reach both the active market town of Lemvig with several specialty shops or the unique fishing village of Thyborøn, which in addition to the active fishing harbor also offers a bathing beach and several activity options, all of which are worth a visit.
