Step into this spacious holiday home of 96 m2, where you will immediately feel at home. With three cosy bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds) as well as a room furnished as an office with desk and a sofa. The bright and welcoming living room invites relaxation with comfortable leather furniture, a crackling wood-burning stove and a TV with Danish and German channels. An efficient heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, cooker with oven, fridge/freezer and much more. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen, so you can enjoy your meals together in cosy surroundings. The house has two modern bathrooms, both with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. The large bathroom also features a relaxing hot tub, sauna and a practical combined washing machine/tumble dryer. Throughout the house there are easy-to-clean floors. In addition, there is a large loft furnished with two sleeping places – perfect if the children think it's more fun to sleep there. The loft is also equipped with bean bag chairs and a television with Chromecast, so the children have plenty of opportunity to relax, play games or watch their favourite films. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box for Type 2 charging connector that can charge up to 11 kWh. Free access to HarboøreCenteret. Fantastic surroundings – only 250 metres from the North Sea
Already upon arrival at the house you will feel like you are on holiday! Located on a large, fenced plot of approximately 1,200 m2, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation – perfect for children and dogs. The lovely terrace, both open and covered, offers the opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long. With garden furniture and a gas grill, it is ideal for eating outdoors and enjoying the fresh sea air. The roaring waves of the North Sea are only 250 metres away – here you can swim, build sandcastles, fly kites or take long walks in the beautiful nature. Ferring Lake is also within walking distance and offers a lovely walking route around the lake. The area also has some of Western Jutland's best cycling and walking trails, where you can experience lake and sea at the same time. Want to go out without a car? The local VLTJ train runs free of charge between Lemvig and Thyborøn, so you can easily experience the cosy market town of Lemvig or the harbour town of Thyborøn.
